Lost Pet Reminders

Pope Memorial Humane Society is seeing an uptick in lost animal reports. Accidents happen, screens fall out of windows, collars break. Circumstances around a lost pet are never easy. Are you prepared should your animal get away from you? No one expects it to happen but everyone should be ready if/when it does happen.

The number one recommendation?! Microchip your pets! If your pet is not micro-chipped, please call Pope Memorial Humane Society at 594-2200 to set up a time to head into the shelter. Microchips cost only $25 with no additional fees ever.
