Looking Back at Some of the Happy Events of 2020

It’s the last week of the year. This week, we want to look back to 2020 (the good parts) and share some of Pope Memorial Humane Society’s success stories!

Adoptions, so many wonderful adoptions! So many new families! As the shelter closed due to Covid and slowly opened by appointment only, adoptions continued. Our adopters were patient and understood the necessary precautions. The happy ending here is all the animals spending the holiday season in warm, cozy homes—many more than pictured above.
