Day 24: Thank You to the Generous Kids in our Community!

Day 24 of 30 days of thanks and giving brings us to an incredible group of people. There is no way for us to show them all to you, but we need your help to thank all of our community’s kids.

Every single time one of the kids from our community comes to the shelter to donate items they received at a birthday party, or proceeds from a lemonade stand, or their allowance, or just because… it makes our hearts swell with pride. The children of our community are leading by example. The kindness they show for the animals in our care at Pope Memorial Humane Society is unsurpassed. Every single child is making a difference, and we cannot thank them enough.

If you’re raising one/some of them, if you know any of them, make sure you tell them they are doing a fantastic job and let them know how much they are appreciated.
