Calling all animal lovers! Mark your calendars for Kid’s Day at Pope Memorial Humane Society, a fun-filled event celebrating National Be Kind to Animals Week!
Join us on Saturday, May 10th, from 12 pm to 2 pm (rain or shine) for an afternoon filled with adorable animals, exciting activities, and heartwarming crafts.
Here’s a glimpse of the fun:
- Meet adoptable animals!
- Become a junior vet and practice your skills at the “Be a Veterinarian Station.”
- Show off your skills in the Cats vs. Dogs beanbag toss competition.
- Spread the love by creating cozy blankets for foster kittens.
- Surprise Mom with a special Mother’s Day gift (shhhh, it’s a secret!).
- And so much more! We’re adding new activities and fun daily!
Remember to bring your smiles and comfy shoes! Weather permitting, we’ll have giant bubbles, sidewalk chalk, and other outdoor fun.
The best part? Entry is free! This event celebrates being kind to animals and creates lasting family memories. So come join the fun and make a difference in the lives of homeless pets. We can’t wait to see you there!
