Give Back to Homeless Pets: Volunteer Opportunities Await
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of homeless dogs, cats, and small animals? Consider joining the incredible team of volunteers at Pope Memorial Humane Society (PMHS)! Volunteers are the backbone of our mission, to ensure the compassionate care, treatment and placement of companion animals in transition and enrich the lives of pets and people in our community.
From walking dogs to assisting at events, every volunteer task plays a vital role in giving these animals a brighter future. Tasks include:
- Cleaning cat areas and kennels.
- Helping at the front desk.
- Supporting PMHS events.
- Walking and exercising dogs.
- and more!!
Most volunteers commit to one shift per week, about 1 ½ to 2 hours, and we’re so grateful for their time and dedication!
