Of course we want to support our local businesses since we are your community shelter, but if you have to shop online, did you know that you can support the shelter while you shop? All you have to do is use AmazonSmile, and Amazon will donate a percentage of your purchase to us – at no extra charge to you.

2. On your first visit to the site, Amazon will prompt you to select a charitable organization to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping (we are listed as “Humane Society of Knox County“).

3. Amazon will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation.
