Lost, Found and Looking: Meet Oliver!
From the desk of Pope Memorial Humane Society’s Foster Coordinator Brandi Moore:
Oliver is a big, bull in a china closet kinda guy looking for love! Oliver has been at Pope for several months participating in doggie play groups, walks and field trips with volunteers and some one-on-one training with a professional dog trainer on staff.
Like many of us, especially in 2020’s stressful world, Oliver’s had some anxiety issues he’s been addressing in his Pope “doggie therapy” program. But he’d like all of you to know he’s now ready for his new life in a special home of his very own! Actually, home for the holidays sounds really good!
Oliver is a young Mastiff mix, making him a big guy but not super-sized. He enjoys playing with other dogs, walks nicely on leash, knows some obedience commands and likes to go for car rides, particularly those rides that go through Mickey D’s drive thru!
If you’d like to meet Oliver, or any of the other critters at PMHS, fill out an online application or call 594-2200!
