Thank You Hannaford!

For December, store leadership at Hannaford’s Rockland location (75 Maverick Street) has selected Pope Memorial Humane Society to receive a $1 donation from every purchase of the $2.50 Hannaford Community Bag.

The Community Bag Program facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the vicinities where shoppers live and work. More than $1.2 million has been donated to over 5,000 local nonprofits since the Program launched in October 2015.

We are grateful to Hannaford for selecting Pope Memorial Humane Society as their Community Bag Program beneficiary this December. With over 350 currently in our care, these funds will make an impact, ensuring that homeless pets in need continue to get the food, shelter, and medical care they need to thrive.
