Update on Riley
Some of you may remember Riley. Riley was found in a dresser drawer on the side of the road with her two siblings. Community members quickly adopted her siblings, but Riley was a bit more…. antisocial, you might say. She had that classic tortie sass and was skeptical of people. Riley began to grow up in the shelter. Staff and volunteers loved her, but everyone wanted her to find the perfect home.
Then one day, the Coombs family came to PMHS specifically to visit Riley. They understood her personality, and they were willing to be patient with her. It’s been just over one year, and Riley has settled in quite nicely. She became the lap cat we always knew was inside her, and she loves to spread out by the fire.
Riley, you’re in the perfect home, and we are so happy to see you living the good life!
